Instead of creating a “talent” mill and
churning people in and out a revolving
door, we are determined to leverage and grow
the “Booking” and “Casting”
side of the business. Instead of sending out
200 comp cards to 3 casting
directors we plan on sending out as many
comp cards to a wider network
of Casting Directors after understanding
what they’re looking for. We’re hoping
that a more focused search based on talking
to our clients, lets us pinpoint what
“type” of look they are looking for .

Create a “mentoring” approach to partnering
with our models, by advising and
/or arranging for model services such as
photo selection, photographers, reproduction
services, in addition to submission services.

Creating an online presence where we can
showcase our models in the best
light.
As opposed to most services, our web based portal will not be an open
market for anyone to ogle new “talent”. Our
clients will be provided a specific login
once a “relationship” is established,
ensuring an ongoing dialogue with the
client.
